A Christmas tradition here at Gloria Dei is sharing gifts with homeless youth and families who are facing financial challenges. In partnership with Neighborhood House, LSS Metro Homeless Youth Services and – new this year – the Mendota Mdewankanton Dakota Tribal Community, we have the same opportunity again this year. You can also take a tag from the Giving Tree at church (near the Gallery, downstairs) that will direct you to the list. Look through the four forms below to sign up for what you’d like to give and do your shopping. Drop off your gifts at one of the following dates/times:
Sunday mornings during church: 12/10 (in the church office)
Wednesday, Dec. 6: 6-7:30 p.m. (inside the parking lot doors)
Saturday, Dec. 9: 1-3 p.m. (inside the parking lot doors)
Sunday, Dec. 10: 3-5 p.m. (inside the parking lot doors)
NOTE: Unless the gift description says otherwise, all gifts MUST be wrapped and labeled with the family name and number whose gift you are bringing. This information is on the confirmation email you will receive when you sign up and is necessary for us to get it to the right person. It will be replaced with their name before it is given to them.
